Radovan Karadzic was arrested in Belgrade on war crime charges and his supporters rioted in downtown Belgrade on Tuesday evening. (Karadzic was the Bosnian Serb leader during the war in Bosnia.) I arrived today, Thursday. There are demonstration still going on right outside where I am staying. Most people seem to be ignoring the demonstrators and are just going about their business.
Belgrade is a big, modern city on the Danube River. Quite a lot to do here.
Bad news! The worst thing that happened here is that I lost my notebook which had emails and phone numbers of all the modeling contacts I have met along the way on this trip. Bummer!
