Today’s youtube is French singer Sylvie Vartan “Le Locomotion” from 1962. Sylvie was born 15 August 1944 in Iskretz, Bulgaria. Her family emigrated to Paris in 1952. She started recording songs in 1961 with the help of her brother Eddie who was a music producer. Sylvie had a television show and many original hits throughout the 60s and 70s.
