This classical building with huge granite columns is the Facultad de Derecho at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) in Recoleta area of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
University of Buenos Aires
UBA is the largest univesity in Argentina with the largest enrollement in Latin America. It was founded in 1821. There is no central campus, but the 13 faculties are spread throughout the city. Tuition is free for everyone, including foreigners, provided you can meet the stringent entrance requirements.

This is a magnificent building with 14 massive stone columns. The wide steps are empty of people, except for one lone figure who is running up the steps, apparently late for class.
