While I was in Buenos Aires, I had a chance to photograph this group of models. They we doing a promotion for Maybelline lipstick.
Models and Balloons
The picture speaks for itself: a bevy of young, healthy and beautiful Argentinian girls in red bright dresses with colorful balloons. I think this is my favorite picture from my entire time spent in Bs. As.

Notice that they were all wearing lipstick bandoliers around their waists, like some kind of Argentinian bandolerras.
Technical Details
I shot this around noontime in October in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was sunny spring day. Remember that the seasons are reversed in South America. The sun was behind the models, so it was a backlit situation. The camera had no problem getting the correct exposure. I also thought I might see some lens flair because the camera was pointing in the direction of the sun, but no lens flair. These modern cameras and lenses are astonishing.
The camera was a Nikon D700 full-frame digital SLR with a Nikkor 24-120 f/3.5-5.6 VR zoom lens. ISO=200, WB=Daylight, Aperture-priority (matrix metering), and single-point Auto-Focus. Exposure details: focal length=45mm, ISO=200, WB=daylight, f/11 @ 1/500.
The camera was set to produce RAW+JPEG(basic). The camera RAW file was converted with RAW Developer 1.8.7. The watermark logo was added with a freeware utility called CopyrightInserter 1.8.1. for Macintosh. No other editing or sharpening–more or less as it was shot.
