Short Pants for Winter

Short shorts in winter? Only in southern California. Short pants can be worn all year long in southern California. This UCSD student on the way to the library is wearing very short pants and black leather pirate boots. She has a cropped nylon jacket and a black t-shirt that says “Love”.  A big red and black shoulder bag for her books completes her university look.
