Today’s youtube is a recording from the 1930’s of Django Reinhardt playing the jazz standard Sweet Georgia Brown.
Django Reinhardt was a gypsy guitarist anbd European jazz musician. He played with violinist Stéphane Grappelli in France during the 1930’s. He was born in 1910 and lived until 1953. This is really some excellent music that many influenced numerous jazz musicians.
