Today’s youtube video is another great song by the songwriting team of Werich and Voskovec. Nikdy nic nikdo nemá, which translated mesns roughly Nobody Never Has Nothing. It is from the 1931 movie musical Pudr a Benzin. The screenplay was written by Jiří Voskovec and Jan Werich who also starred in the movie. Werich and Voskovec were like Hope & Crosby or Laurel & Hardy of the Czechoslovakia.
